By accessing and using the services provided by Fintechlet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fintechlet regarding the use of our payment processing services, website, and any other services we offer.

Fintechlet provides payment processing services that enable businesses to accept payments from customers (Pay In) and disburse funds to vendors, partners, and customers (Pay Out). Our services include: • Payment collection and processing • Multi-currency support • Fraud prevention and detection • Transaction monitoring and reporting • Fund disbursement services • API integration support We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • Not create multiple accounts without our prior approval We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree to: • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not engage in fraudulent activities • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not violate the rights of third parties • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information • Not attempt to circumvent our security measures • Not use our services for money laundering or terrorist financing You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Processing payments for illegal goods or services • Engaging in deceptive or fraudulent practices • Violating intellectual property rights • Distributing malware or harmful code • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfering with the proper functioning of our services • Selling or transferring your account without permission • Using our services to facilitate gambling where prohibited Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension.

Our fees are outlined in your service agreement and may include: • Transaction fees for payment processing • Monthly or annual service fees • Chargeback fees • Currency conversion fees • API integration fees We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days written notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and transactions. However, you acknowledge that: • No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials • You must report any suspicious activity immediately • We may implement additional security measures as needed We employ fraud detection systems and reserve the right to decline or hold transactions that appear suspicious.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Fintechlet are our exclusive property. This includes: • Our logo, brand name, and trade dress • Website design and content • Software and technology • Documentation and training materials You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintechlet shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business opportunities • Data loss or corruption • Service interruptions or downtime • Third-party actions or omissions Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • By providing 30 days written notice • Immediately for breach of these Terms • Immediately if required by law or regulation Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your payment processing to another provider.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Mediation if negotiation fails 3. Binding arbitration as a final resort The governing law shall be the laws of Pakistan, regardless of conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
